Bali Fishing Tour (KSS Bali Tour)

We rented a boat for a full day trip of fun fishing, snorkeling, and visiting Nusa Penida. Everything went smoothly. The communication was great, the boat was nice and full of snacks; fruits; and drinks, we had a wonderful day. The captain & crew were awesome! They took us to see a manta ray. The captain was always with us when we did snorkeling, ensuring our safety and showed us interesting things. I definitely recommend this company for a full day fishing trip to Nusa Penida plus snorkeling with family or friends. Thank you!

If I could choose zero stars I would, terrible experience…this charter is an absolute joke. Robbed us of our money, picked us up late and ended charter an hour early. Fishing gear in terrible condition also, do not even bother booking with them.

This was a terrible trip today. Finished early by 1hr. Rods didn’t work. Difficult to get any compensation saying it was our fault trip finished early. Do not trust this company. Very disappointing. I DO NOT recommend.

Posting under my wife's account.... This was a terrible charter. I am a keen fisherman and have been on MANY charters and I would not rate this one. 2 hrs trolling only 1/2 hour fishing for a 4 hour trip. Used the excuse that someone on the boat was seasick. This was not true and they did not ask me if we should head back in. Rods were terrible. They were left handed and bearings gone so they didn't even wind properly. No compensation was given for poor service. Instead they blamed us. I do not recommend this company at ALL! We booked for a 4 hour charter -7 to 11. The boat left at 7.20 and back at 10.15. If our driver was sick, why wouldn't you drop him off and offer to take us back out straight away? I paid for the trip and there was no communication with me that we were heading back early. We trolled for a very long time with no strikes. The boat had no sounder or GPS. There were no birds nor any action from fish on the surface. We trolled for a very, very long time with no result. We had about 3 drops at bottom bashing at 1st spot and than moved to a 2nd spot where we would have less than 10 drops (you could see the bottom) Local knowledge used half of prawn on a paternoster rig - caught some small fish. Gear - one rod was broken, one reel had no gears (which was the right-handed one), all others were left-handed, and couldn't swap handle. I understood it was supposed fun fishing trip and not professional. (Cost was 3.5 million) None of us ( 2 kids and 3 adults) had a fun time. I thought a return of some money for a shorten 4 hour trip was not unreasonable.
